Embassy Suites San Antonio Riverwalk-Downtown

We stay here whenever we're in town. We always get great service and a great breakfast. Noe made us a great omelet this time.

It was our first time coming to the Embassy and its definitely won’t be our last. We enjoyed our room and the breakfast was delicious, was able to enjoy a warm omelette made by Mr Noe, he was very nice & helpful

The rooms are very comfortable.I enjoyed the nice tvs and air conditioning.I enjoyed the continental breakfast every morning that we received. The rooms were clean and I appreciate that the floors were vacuumed when we got there. Staff was really friendly and nice. There was no issues or problems. Very close to the Riverwalk, and the scenery was great.

I feel like the areas like the hall areas could have been a little more cleanlier. Like more vacuumed, the pool area could have been a little more clean.The pool had sand or grit on the bottom of it, and there was food all around on the outside and there were lots of little ants.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Getting a homemade omelet each morning was great! Our 2 room suite was nice, but the towels had tears
