"GREAT Experience! Money Well Spent."

We travelled to San Antonio from NC for our daughterโ€™s wedding. We booked our rooms with Embassy Suites on West Houston St. our trip couldnโ€™t have been any better. The hotel is beautiful, clean and centrally located and just steps away from the River Walk. They offer a free breakfast everyday, complete with fruits, oatmeal, omelets made to order and a large selection of breads and fruits. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and welcoming. In the dinning room there is one staff member who stood out with her attentiveness, friendliness and willingness to serve. Her name is Amber. You canโ€™t miss her. She is always there roving around looking for the next guest she can help. Offer her a kind word. She deserves it.

Excellent true suite with two separate rooms, friendly check-in/valet person who gave options for public parking a block away, saving me $49 a night, always good breakfasts and happy hour free drinks at Embassy Suites

"It was desent"

The hotel itself was great. Rooms were clean and staff were very nice and polite. They really make the experience great.

Staying here wasnt so great for night time, It was very loud being by riverwalk. Heard sirens, tires pealing out and drunk people all night, worst sleep ive gotten in a long time. Also the pillows here were not as great as i thought they would be but thats a personal thing.

We were very pleased with our stay at the San Antonio Embassy Suites. The decor was attractive, clean and airy. The onsite restaurant was beyond wonderful for dinner. The snacks at cocktail and the breakfast were by far an improvement from the Austin Embassy Suites. The rooms were nice and clean.

Our only problem we encountered was that our request to get extra towels and soap took literally 3 hours and 25 mins., with several calls to check on the delivery. Terrible customer service. Also they never answered the phone when we called downstairs. Also, wish the pool was INDOOR like almost all the other Embassy Suites.
