Staff was helpful in a stressful situation, and even made the situation better by upgrading our room to two beds so my daughter had her own bed for the night.

Nothing, everything was perfect for us.

Room was clean. Management was friendly. Location was good. Bed was comfortable.

Room was very dark.. We turned on every light and opened curtains and it was still dark in the room. Bathroom was very small. if you are large person you would not be able to use the toilet. Shower had very little water pressure. Room is very dated. Why would you paint the some walls a dark color? Many of the moldings had chips of paint off them. Needs a complete update.
