Budget Inn of Okeechobee

Location…excellent!! Staff…wonderful!! There was a mini fridge with a section at the top that kept ice from their machine froze which was great, a microwave and coffee pot for mom, she said the coffee packet they provided was delicious. I loved the big bench between the desk and dresser, you could sit on it or pile your stuff on it or both! Nice place!

Upon going in the room there was roughly a 1/4 roll of toilet paper on the roll with no additional rolls on hand, luckily mom planned ahead and brought 2 rolls with her :) Also, the power to the tv is connected to the light switch on the left as you enter the door, that switch also connects to a wall sconce and that light is bright, I had to take the bulb outta the sconce so we could watch tv from bed without that bright light on, I’m 6’ 4”…it was a stretch for me, I did put the bulb back before leaving :)

Shower water was cold even after letting it run for 5 minutes

The room was very clean and the shower was great! The front desk person was very nice.
