The weekend was very cold and the pub was warm and inviting. the rooms were super, better then expected, cozy and warm on a very cold night!

"Lovely place to stay."

We were visiting family who live nearby and had a lovely 2 night stay, very comfortable room which was spotless and the staff were very friendly. Delicious breakfast and we ate in on our first evening, dinner was excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

"Great accommodation with excellent restaurant.."

We spent three nights and had meals two nights in the restaurant. The food was excellent with an interesting menu which included a variety of local game. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and could not be faulted.
