The staff were excellent - friendly and helpful and genuinely seemed interested in making sure we were happy. Food was also lovely. Setting was perfect.

I just felt at home immediately. A very pleasant room, enjoyable in every way.

Lovely room, wonderful food. We were very well looked after.

Came here as a surprise birthday present for my husband. We had eaten there a few times before but not stayed. Our suite was nicely furnished although we both had a job to get out of the settee as it was close to the floor and we are in our 60's. Nice modern bathroom too

Dated, faded, previous days events debris all around. Checked out immediately and found a nice hotel

Menus have a massive unusual choice , cooked to perfection.. Will definitely return.

Rooms are in a separate block to the pub, food is really - all locally sourced with a very fresh menu. Rooms are furnished to a high standard. Staff all very friendly and helpful.
