Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Auch wenn der Kontakt sporadisch war sehr herzlich. Frühstückstüte eine nette Idee. Betten bequem und insgesamt ruhig.

Si vas con mucho esquipaje y te tocan los pisos de arriba puede ser un poco más dififixl

La posizione a 20 minuti dal centro, molto tranquilla, camera super pulita e accogliente, letti comodissimi

Very comfortable, clean, well structured property with great spacious rooms and facilities that are recently modernized. All staff were very friendly and helpful

Close to bus with regular buses to central Edinburgh. Room was comfortable, bathroom nice. Clean and nice view of the garden.Communication was good. A lovely Robert to wear was a really nice touch and breakfast things provided. Plus sweets in the hallway were nice on a return to the room. Nice selection of teas and coffee. A lovely guesthouse in s safe quiet neighbourhood just outside Edinburugh central. 10 mins by bus.

Bathroom was separate from my room so had to exit my room to access. Ok but a little unusual. An extra towel would have been nice. Just small things. Edinburugh is expensive. Other guests slamming the front door even though there are several notes to say not too. Nothing the guest house can do about that one. 😆

Magnifique maison, beaucoup de charme et jolie décoration. Charmant accueil .Alors qu ils informent qu il n y a pas de petits déjeuners, il y a en chambre tout ce qu il faut pr se faire un thé, café, manger un petit pain ou un biscuit. Excellente situation également

Comfortable beds, lovely room which was extremely clean, staff friendly and helpful, nice breakfast bag each morning filled with porridge, drinks etc, which was lovely.

Half hour walk away but did get the bus around the corner,so all in all it was no problem.

Adorable place, and Ruthie was very sweet. Great location, too.

The only suggestion I have is better mattresses. We all agreed they were the weak link. But overall, it was great.

Nice cozy place with good location. Would like to stay there again, perfect for a couple.
