"Best B&B in Paignton"

I've stayed before and was very happy to be back as everything was just as lovely as before. Very comfortable room with a larger than average single bed. Good quality linens and towels and a generously sized bathroom. The house is in a lovely location - close enough to the seafront and town but just tucked away enough to be quiet & relaxing. There's a pretty little garden seating area as an added bonus. Everything is beautifully decorated with lots of attention to detail with the breakfast room in particular being a really gorgeous space. The hosts, Roger and Linda are fantastic. I'd already booked to return before I'd even arrived home!

There is absolutely nothing to dislike.

"Excellent, clean B&B with parking"

Excellent little B&B. I was in Paignton for the airshow so the location was superb, 2 minutes to the beachfront. My room was amazingly clean and I loved the decor. Breakfast was lovely and the owners very welcoming. The cherry on the top was though the parking as not many in the area have parking. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend St Edmunds

"Little gem of a property"

This is a little gem of a b&b in Paignton, the hosts are lovely, fab breakfast and very central, 5 mins from harbour and 5 mins from town, would highly recommend. This is our 2nd visit and will not be the last.

Ein sehr sauberes, helles, liebevoll ausgestattetes Gästehaus mit einem netten, zuvorkommenden, immer erreichbaren Gastgeberpaar. Frisch zubereitetes warmes Frühstück nach Wunsch, privater Parkplatz vorhanden.

Unser Zweibettzimmer war etwas eng für 2 Erwachsene, aber mit Vollausstattung.
