"Excellent hospitality free parking"

Roger & Linda instantly make you feel at home. The service at breakfast is first class & the food is of a high standard. Plenty of free parking a smart TV & biscuits always topped up in the room. Set in a decent location with everything just a few hundred yards away, what more do you want from a top guest house. I have stayed here a number of times & looking forward to coming back .

Another lovely stay at this great B&B. Location is perfect with off-road parking, breakfast is great, with good options, decor and cleanliness 10/10. Overall, a very comfortable stay with welcoming hosts.

"Extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay."

The welcome was very warm, the room was cosy, bright and extremely clean. Breakfast was excellent and lots of choices. Very good location, close to the sea front and great places to eat and relax with friends and family in. The bed was very comfy too. I will stay at St Edmunds next time I am in Paignton and I would strongly recommend the guest house to others. Thank you for making my stay a very comfortable and enjoyable one.

I can honestly say that there was nothing I didn't like apart from the weather but you can't blame the hotel for that.

"Proper seaside b and b."

Beautiful,airy room and lovely breakfast. Made it possible to have breakfast with our dog accompanying us in the conservatory Central to everything so no need to drive anywhere.
