I enjoyed reading in the attic room. Tasteful breakfast, friendly hosts. The location is excellent in the middle between the city center, the harbour and the seaside promenade.

Centrally located bed and breakfast close to the barbican and the Hoe. Welcoming hosts.

I had a detached toilet and wash basin which would have been difficult to use if the room next door were occupied.

Rob and Sue could not have been more helpful. Room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was ample and tasty. The Guest House is ideally placed for access to the Barbican, Plymouth itself and the coastal amenities.
