Good location, convenient to a number of attractions. inadequate parking. Good meals comfortable room.

We had a delightful time, and everything was lovely. We felt welcomed and at home. Everyone was so helpful, the entire place was beautiful, and the breakfasts were delicious. Make sure to spend some time in the lovely gardens.

An excellent stay in a wonderful place, lovely gardens to wander in as well. We were greeted as we drove in and personally said goodbye to as we left. We would certainly go again.

Nice place, very home from home

The location of this B&B is very rural which was great for us, but it is also only a 10 min drive from the centre of Newbury, very handy. We were amazed at the size and very high quality finish of our bedroom, absolutely beautifully decorated with clearly no expense spared. The owners were friendly and welcoming, and on my request had prepared roses and a chilled bottle of champagne for us. The following morning we had a lovely full English breakfast and were invited to look around their lovely huge gardens. Stockcross is a peaceful little village with a couple of very pleasant pubs. Afterwards we went for a nice walk in the countryside just a few minutes drive away from the b&b. All in all a perfect stay. We'll definitely be returning.

for a B &B this Coach House is lovely. our room was decorated in keeping with the house. surrounded by antique furnitue with a gorgeous 4 poster bed. we recieved a warm greeting and Char couldnt have been more helpful. the gardens and games room (snug) are and added bonus. There is also a pool. we didnt use this obbiously but is going to be lovely in the summer. its just down the road from two recommended pub/restuarants. which we ate ar the closest. very good quality food too. as was our.full english, freshly cooked breakgast. the dining room is very pretty and well set. we did enjoy our stay here and intend to.return again in the summer to see the beautiful gardens.

Stopped overnight on way to join cruise at Southampton. Warm, friendly and comfortable - highly recomended, would definitly stay here again.
