Struttura molto bella! Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni nella parte alta, perfetta anche con bimbi piccoli per la bellissima piscina lagunare con acqua molto bassa. Bella anche la parte passa, forse un po' più adatta a ragazzi più grandi. Abbiamo soggiornato nella Hu Stay Smart, piccola ma confortevole. Gli ambienti sono puliti e curati.

Più che non piaciuto direi cosa potrebbero migliorare. Nella parte alta la sera non c'è praticamente niente, abbiamo chiesto di bere un drink alle 22.15 (il bar chiudeva alle 23) e ci hanno detto che non era possibile perchè avevano già chiuso le bottiglie. Se si vuole fare un giro la sera nella parte bassa bisogna considerare che alle 22.35/40 passa l'ultimo trenino. Doterei le case di qualche accessorio in più come kit sapone piatti+spugna (abbiamo girato diversi glamping e di solito li offrono), tappetino per uscire dalla doccia. Il market chiude alle 18, a parer mio troppo presto per un posto del genere.

Personale molto attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Appena sono arrivato ho trovato il telecomando del condizionatore che non funzionava e mi è stato cambiato subito. Una sera mi ero organizzato per usare il barbecue ma non usciva il gas. Ho segnalato il problema e dopo dieci minuti avevo un ragazzo della manutenzione che ha risolto il problema.

La pulizia delle stanze è molto sbrigativa e non fatta con molta attenzione.

GIOCHI IN PIAZZA, SOTTO IL SOLE (CHIUMA PARTY, COLOR PARTY). NEL PARCO ACQUATICO (sia parte alta che parte bassa) mancanza di un punto di riferimento per bambini smarriti. programma di animazione del giorno visibile / affisso per tutti. Qualche vicino rumoroso... Costi dei beni e servizi piu' alti rispetto a fuori dal villaggio.
