It's our 3rd time there and liked it every time... but this time.. treated as 2nd class. Told because we booked with booking .com, had to pay deposit told last time not needed as we had been before.

Room 105, over reception loud music till 10pm, electric gate opening all night, sprinkler spraying against plastic rubbish bag, booked pool view, it was through a tiny kitchen window, couldn't get keys for 3hrs told it wasn't cleaned we checked it was,

Perfect location with all day sun, two great pools, prices are spot on, happy hour between 15:00-18:00 is great, pretty lenient on the rules, don’t be a muppet and you’ll be fine.

€100 euro cash deposit per person is a little excessive but I understand why they need to do it. Need more than one key per room. Room safe is charged, it should be free. Upon check in someone should come up and inspect the rooms while you’re in there, we almost got charged for two holes in one of the doors that weren’t us but obviously wasn’t spotted on last inspection.

The location is great for getting to the old town and new. Far enough from the strip that you wouldn't even know it's there for travelling as a family. Everywhere on site was clean.

Although advertised as not accepting groups, there were groups staying on site. The only time however this was a slight issue was when they returned at night making excessive noise.

Booked here for 2 week holiday, chose it because it states in advertising that there are no batchelor/batcherolette groups. This is blatant misadvertising as the place had loads of male/female groups here, very obvious stag/hen parties. I dont mind noise if people come in late night early morning and just go to bed but when they keep moving things around and a bunch of females running along corridors at 4 am is not acceptable. Poolside rules were not adhered to by any member of staff ie non smoking and quiet areas. Poolside bar starts music evryday at 9.30 to 10pm. Bit repetitive but if kept to lower level it is acceptable. We were not only couple to have problems. The apartment itself and surrounding areas were lovely and well kept and staff usually very quick to sort any problems we had in apartment. This is not the place to come for a relaxing,quiet holiday and they reallyneed to start telling truth in advertisements
