Perfect location and pool was great

Nothing was perfect

The Natura is a fabulous place and very family friendly. Location is a short walk from the new town strip and a very cheap taxi ride away from the old town of albufeira. The outdoors are picture perfect with the beautiful palm trees around the garden area. Rooms are very spacious. Housekeeping daily (except for Sunday) was great. All staff we encountered were very friendly and well informed. I celebrated my 40th birthday while staying in the Natura and they surprised me with a happy birthday sign on the room door, a bottle of brut, a lovely hand written card and a few cookies. It was completely unexpected but much appreciated. I couldn't fault the place they really ticked every box. I will definitely visit again I just hope the pool is a bit warmer next time. 🥰

The pool was so cold but I would put that down to the time of year. It would not stop me visiting again.

Un poco viejo

Het is een complex met studio's en appartementen dat enkele minuten verwijderd van de drukte ligt. Het is er rustig maar naar het hoogseizoen toe, komt er steeds meer jeugd naar deze locatie. Hoe het dan met de rust is, is de vraag. Alle accommodaties zijn ruim, eenvoudig en traditioneel ingericht. Veel donkerbruin. Er zijn keukenfaciliteiten met koelkast, een tv en kluis, zitjes en redelijke bedden. Er is voldoende kastruimte en ieder heeft een balkon. Er wordt dagelijks grondig schoongemaakt en het linnengoed per twee dagen vervangen. Er is een gezellig zwembad met voldoende ligstoelen en parasols, een barretje waar ook simpele gerechten worden geserveerd en voldoende parkeerruimte. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar houdt zich strikt aan de regels. Er moest - in ons geval - €100 per persoon borg worden betaald in contanten. Krijgt men terug bij een schadevrij vertrek. Gezien de klandizie een begrijpelijke maatregel. De prijs-prestatieverhouding is voortreffelijk. Uitgaanscentrum en stranden op loopafstand.

De tarieven in aanmerking nemende, niets. Wie moderne, luxe accommodatie zoekt, moet hier niet zijn.

Such friendly staff and the bar & restaurant front Mirna, Nariel all the Brazilian’s went beyond their kindness and professionalism. My grandson absolutely loved the stay we extended thats how much we enjoyed it. The swimming pool the rooms the pool view and the beds so comfortable overall excellent stay.

Buena ubicacion

Las camas no son nada cómodas ni las almohadas. Las mantas con polvo y faltaba limpieza. El pago de 300€ de depósito era en efectivo y nadie lo avisó.
