Basically a hotel, great pool, great loction.

Paying 100 euros cash per person apon arrival. I was ready to pay 100 euros for the room. but paying 400 euros for a room of 4 people basiclly cleared me out. I does say this in the fine print but not in the chat feed i was havinf with the hotel. This was not ideal !

I've stayed at Natura 6 or 7 times before either with my husband or on one occasion with my adult daughter. This time I was travelling alone and felt Natura would be the perfect spot for my first solo holiday. From the moment I arrived til I left I was more than happy with my decision. As always the staff were welcoming and friendly. I had requested a ground floor apartment and it was so convenient for accessing the pool each day. The rooms provide all you need and while a bit dated the price reflects this and I would have no hesitation in returning. The area is generally very quiet although Thursday & Friday were a bit noisier due to the arrival of Stag & Hen groups.

Fantastic stay at Natura Hotel. From the start reception lady was very friendly and helpful (cant remember name). Nothing to much trouble Hotels location is excellent your sort of in the middle to the centre, old town. And other part. We did a mixture of lots of walking and transport such as taxi, tuk tuk and land train. All very cheap and reasonable compared to UK. Some have mentioned the hill. We had a 9 year old and disabled 12 year old and we personally didn't find it much of a issue Yes a hill but nothing drastic at all. Everything you could need is near by,it's of restaurants, bars, takeaways and ahops including intermache, Aldi and Spa if needed. We used some of these and found it all really good. There is a beach within about 15/20 min walk. Think Playa Oura. Really nice again lots of things close and on it, beach really nice. Easy to get lost using it use Google maps or ask reception if unsure. Some have mentioned dated rooms. Yes there are a few scuff marks, maybe odd cracked tile here and there but price reflects this, however overall really spacious (we are family of four), cleaned daily, towels replaced, bins emptied, and kitchens well equipped, and everything works as it should (we cooked a few times over the week so had good use of it), and our regular use of the shower and bath always had hot water no matter what time of day, we think a very important and positive attribute as been on may holidays where this hasn't been the case! A slight negative was that i personally found matress a bit on the hard side (personal preference, wife thought perfect), but let reception know who resolved quickly and got some additional matress toppers etc. Nothing was to much trouble throughout visit We did use the pool and bar/ cafe area regularly and found it all very excellent the kids loved the pool, and we found the prices etc very reasonable, there is also a pool table and small children's inside play area which they loved, nothing massive but enough. Should also be mentioned we used the WIFI in all areas including rooms with no issues!!! Overall yes a bit dated in places, if being honest probably not a 4 star in our opinon, but honestly cannot complain for price, great service and help, great location, lots of help when needed, and would easily recommend to others and will definitely come back!!
