Hotel situé dans un écrin de nature, avec un magnifique jardin et une très belle roseraie attenante au jardin. 2 très belles piscines complètent le cadre. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, bien que la salle soit sous dimensionnée pour le nombre de clients ce qui obligeait à faire la queue pour se servir.

Le confort est en dessous de la catégorie : - nous étions 3 et le canapé lit pour la 3ème personne était juste un lit d'appoint inconfortable. - la baignoire-douche est difficile d'accès avec un rebord de 60 cm de large : il fallait escalader sans glisser! - enfin il y avait une cuisine aménagée, mais aucun produit de nettoyage ou savon que nous avons du acheter et laisser...

Le cadre est paradisiaque, un soin très attentif est accordé aux plantations au milieu desquelles les logements, calmes et confortables, sont érigés. Le personnel est fort sympathique, Mme Nobrega maîtrise d'ailleurs très bien le français. Quinta do Arco est un super point de départ pour découvrir le nord de Madère et tous ses charmes.

L'équipement en cuisine, pour qui souhaiterait se faire à manger dans son logement. est très succinct... ce n'était pas notre cas, leur restaurant local était une bonne solution

La nature était magnifique, le déjeuner était copieux et le roseraie adjacente au site était magnifique. Le personnel était prompt à répondre à nos besoins.

Le matelas semble un peu âgé et l’humidité est omniprésente.

Uitzicht op zee, wandeling naar parkeerplek geweldig.Ontbijt was klein stukje wandelen. Wat effe lekker was. Maar erg goed, ze bleven goed aanvullen.

Moest effe slikken van de hoekjes waar insecten stipjes lagen. Werden keurig verwijdert (smorgens maar toch) .

Chambre sale, pas d'équipement pour bébé, pas de ménage le 1er jour, chambre humide et forte odeur de fosse sceptique le matin ! Et nombreux déchets dans les parties communes. Pas de housse de matelas, draps à meme le matelas... Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est !
