スタッフの皆さんの接客が素晴らしかったです。到着から出発まで、きめ細かく親切な対応が印象的でした。食事はまた格別で、夕食、朝食(和定食)とも地のものが大変美味しくセンス良く出されて、堪能しました。大浴場、部屋の露天風呂も良かったです。

25周年ということで、年数がたっているので致し方ないと思いますが、同行の夫はトイレの狭さを指摘していました。が、部屋も水回りも掃除が行きどどいていて清潔、快適に過ごすことができました。

In questo ryokan abbiamo fatto un'esperienza completa, già quando si arriva alla stazione, subito dopo i tornelli si trova un telefono il quale ti permette di chiamare gratuitamente il ryokan per farti venire a prendere. All'arrivo vieni accolto benissimo, ti vengono portati i bagagli direttamente in camera e lo staff ti spiega tutto quello che c'è da sapere. È stata un' esperienza unica!

The hotel is quite exquisite for our first time experiencing ryokan. The room is spacious, our kid was enjoying running around and had fun, sound proof was amazing. The facility is kid friendly with free gift, chairs and toys to keep them busy. Ryokan breakfast and dinner experience were superb too with exquisite services from the staff. I personally like the souvenir store, it consolidates various arts, craft, fashion and food around Otsu, Shiga and Lake Biwa.

I wish the private onsen has more rooms in future :)
