Guests are kindly requested to indicate the mean of transportation to the property at the time of booking. In order to prepare special amenities for men and women, guests are kindly requested to indicate the gender of each guest staying in the room in the Special Requests box when booking. To use the property's free shuttle, please make a reservation in advance and call the property when you arrive at the Ogoto Onsen Station. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests with children must inform the property in advance of the number of children and their respective ages as different rates are applicable according to their age. Please note that facility fees apply to children using existing beds. Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room includes all children and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. For extra guests exceeding the room occupancy, guests will be asked to separate rooms and additional charges will apply. Guests may not be accommodated if there is no availability. Please inform the property in advance if you have any food allergies or dietary needs. For children aged 0 to 5, bedding and meals are not included in the price. Additional fees apply for bedding and meals. For dinner-included reservations, a Japanese meal is served between 17:30 and 20:00.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests must check in by 19:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests checking in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. A deposit may be required at the property.
