We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very well organized. We would especially like to thank R, Sek, Aod and Por for their kindness, professionalism and warm smiles. They truly made our stay special and made us feel very welcome. This hotel is a beautiful, quiet and intimate place — ideal for anyone looking for true rest and relaxation. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, the property is very well maintained, and the surroundings are simply stunning. The swimming pool is wonderful, the rooms are comfortable, and the beach is absolutely beautiful. The food was excellent in every restaurant — delicious, fresh and perfectly prepared. Every meal was a pleasure. Special thanks to Takieng Por, the restaurant manager, for outstanding professionalism and warm hospitality, as well as to the amazing pool team: R, Aod and Sek — always friendly, helpful and creating a fantastic atmosphere by the pool. We truly recommend this hotel and would happily return. A place you want to come back to.

The hotel is beautifully appointed and maintained. Extremely clean, modern and luxurious but incredibly expensive and remote. Unlike other hotels we stay at in Thailand you cannot walk to anywhere here and there are very few restaurants to eat at locally. The food here is indifferent with one cheaper options that is poor quality but poor value for money. They run 2 happy hours for drinks, 3-4pm when you are by the pool and don’t want to change and return to the main building and one at 7.30-8.30 to keep you in the hotel and encourage you not to go outside. The staff were incredible and could not do enough for you. I would mention Fah on reception as really professional and the pool guys who did not stop serving and going beyond to help in particular R, Aod and Sum. Disappointed there was no water station at the pool. The kids pool was very well done with plenty to do but completely in the shade so the parents didn’t use it bringing the kids into the adult pool in favour which made it very noisy. The Thai restaurant was very good, food excellent. Not cheap though. Rooms were clean and modern as you would expect from Marriott.

My fiancé and I went for two nights and celebrated his 63rd birthday. Pitchy checked us in at the front desk and she was LOVELY! We were upgraded to a beautiful Villa with our own plunge pool right on a beautiful stretch of beach. The room and facilities were gorgeous! Choo at the bar was great and the food at breakfast was awesome. We loved every minute of our stay. If we weren’t scheduled for a scuba diving trip, or we would have loved to stay longer. Thank you for the wonderful service and memories.

This hotel is in a stunning location, with beautiful views across Mai Khao beach. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beds super comfortable. The food was delicious with great variety every day. But the real highlight was the staff—friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Special mention to R for his daily chats and attentiveness and also Sun and Aod and Pond, I can’t remember everyone’s name but you are all amazing . Highly recommend A holiday we won’t forget ❤️

Fantastic service throughout the hotel especially in the bar in the evening and around the pool during the day .. the 3 guys R, Sun and Aod worked so hard and were always happy and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them they were a credit to the hotel

I want to give a special shoutout to Mrs. Dang, the wonderful lady who cleans our villa at Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa. She is genuinely one of the kindest and most hardworking people we’ve ever met. Always smiling, super polite, incredibly thorough, and you can really feel that she cares about every detail. Her positive energy literally makes coming back to the room a highlight of the day. Our overall stay was very successful and enjoyable. The place is absolutely beautiful – stunning grounds, lovely villa, great pools and views. It’s quite far from the main attractions and bustling areas of Phuket, but for us that was actually a big plus – perfect for relaxing and recharging. Guests like Mrs. Dang make the whole experience feel extra special. Thank you, Mrs. Dang – you deserve all the recognition and the biggest tip possible! 🌟 Highly recommend this resort, especially because of amazing staff members like her.

We mainly liked the beach and the food

The staff greeted us in a hostile manner, insisting that we pay for a service we did not use (a transfer). We often heard in the restaurant that certain foods could not be served due to unavailability. No alternatives were offered. There was no choice of drinks, nor was a bottle of wine provided at the table under the all-inclusive package. The pool in the villa was unusable due to the cold water.
