Fantastic stay at Renaissance Hotel. The staff is so friendly and nice and make their utmost to make you feel welcome and help you. Special thanks to R, Aod, Sek and Sun who worked by the pool fixing everything from towels to drinks. And to our Indian chef who made gluten free pancakes and introduced us to a great Thai soup.

5-star experience cannot recommend enough especially excellent service by the pool and sunbeads from R, Aod and Sek, and also from the breakfast staff and every one serving us in the Sandbox, thank you for making our vacation so great

Renaissance - the best hotel in Phuket. Great kitchen, mild beach, convenient rooms. R, Aod and Sek are very friendly guys by the swimming pool. Giving us coconuts everyday)) Going to come back in some time again !

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at Renaissance. Location was perfect. Walking into the beach was lovely and tranquil. The hotel had all amenities you can need. Our room was immaculately cleaned and anything you needed was immediately sorted if room service was used. There were always sun beds available round the pool. A special mention to Sek, R and Ohd for looking after us on the beach and pool side. We ate at the Thai restaurant virtually every night. The food was delicious and a high standard every time. A thank you to Pla for her attention every night, suggestions and conversations. There was a varied selection of food during breakfast. Everything was to a high standard. The eggs Benedict with crab were delicious. Another special mention to Moht who was so attentive during breakfast and whenever we saw him round the hotel. If you want a relaxing holiday in style then this is where to come. Highly recommend

From start to finish, this was one of the most memorable hotel stays I’ve ever had. The standout feature is without question the incredible staff. At every touchpoint—arrival, check-in, fitness center, poolside, restaurants, and housekeeping—we were treated with genuine warmth and care. You truly feel like a valued guest, not just another booking. Everyone was absolutely lovely. The hotel itself is immaculate and beautifully maintained. The gym is excellent and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere is calm, relaxed, and never felt overcrowded or overly busy. It’s the perfect place to unwind. Breakfast deserves a special mention. The selection was phenomenal, with something for everyone, and the staff went out of their way each morning to make sure my wife had her bran flakes. That level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail truly stood out. As someone who is well-traveled for both business and pleasure, I can confidently say this experience was exceptional. This is one trip and hotel visit I will never forget. Thank you, Renaissance Phuket, for setting such a high standard. I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended

​We spent two fantastic weeks at this beautiful hotel. The surroundings are stunning and peaceful. All the staff members were very welcoming and service-minded. The cleaning of our room was perfect – a special thanks to Nanny. The pool and beach area was very pleasant. R, Aod, and Sun were awesome and did a great job all day long. Thanks!

That was an unbelievably good experience. It seemed as though everything was perfect. I would like especially highlight the service of beach/pool staff: R, Sun and Aod. The guys were literally anticipating our every wish and reacted instantly. We are planning to come here next year.
