"Thailand’s Hospitality At It’s Best"

Service across the hotel was impeccable. Hats off to Katirina who created with the staff a VIP guest experience overall! Pool service was particularly amazing. R’s service made it really special. He remembered my gluten allergy every day. They catered beautifully and made it easy to enjoy like an “normal” person even with Celiacs.

"Excellent service & beautiful location"

Service was excellent throughout the hotel. However special mention for R for the poolside who went out of his way to treat us like VIPs. Guest experience manager Katarina also deserves special credit because nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is a beautiful peaceful location right on the beach.

"Great service in peak and shoulder season"

The great service we experienced in the peak season, has carried over to the shoulder season… with much less occupancy. R serving at the pool beach bar in particular has always made our stay special across multiple visits with prompt attention to our needs, as well as a quick wit and kind heart. The front desk ladies as well are efficient with check in, and always patient and pleasant when we have special requests. A great property and a great stay!

"Lovely time at the Renaissance"

Stayed here for 4 nights and had the most enjoyable experience from start to finish. The hotel property is located right by the beach with lovely tropical landscaping. We were greeted & checked in by Khun Bam and Khun Nuch. Both were friendly and made us feel right at home. We booked an ocean front view villa which was clean, modern and spacious. During our stay Khun Tanny and Khun Aon at reception gave us some excellent dinner recommendations as we were after some local Thai flavours rather than the touristy fare which you tend to get from the eateries situated close to the resort. Our favourites were Baan Ar Jor and Khin Dee. Daily buffet breakfast spread was ample with some changes to the selection each day. Kate from guest services was a delight to chat to as were our servers Khun Nenejung and Khun Koy who also kept us topped up with coffees and teas. We thoroughly loved our time here in Phuket and the friendliness & smiles we received along the way. Nothing was too much or impossible for the team.

"First afternoon"

M has been great during our stay and been very attentive at both the pool and lobby bar. Will write a full review of our stay later but so far so good. Staff have been amazing. 🥰
