The park and fly room rate seems to be no more, so they can jack you up for parking. Our express checkout was fabulous, as Jbhi (?) took great care of us. What a wonderful young man!!!

"Loud Music"

would not recommend this hotel. If you do stay here then avoid room 118. It is located next to the swimming pool where loud music is played on the hotel speakers 24 hours/day. Unfortunately, we could hear this music inside our room which made it very difficult to sleep. Online reviews show this issue occurred as far back as 2019 and is still occurring 7 years later. We brought this up with the front desk and we were referred to the manager who was never available and has not responded.

"We stay in a LOT of Hyatts and this....did not make our top 10."

The room itself was fine, although dated and there were lots of dings in walls, peeling paint and wallpaper, etc. Not to mention we had an upstairs neighbor that was SO incredibly loud it sounded like they were lifting up a large suitcase and just dropping it repeatedly the entire night. As soon as the sun was up, so were they. We had 2 very loud sound machines and I still heard the noise all throughout the night which, with kids, was tough. We stay in almost exclusively Hyatt hotels and this was by far not our favorite. We even stayed at another Hyatt hotel on the front end of our trip that was fantastic. This one just missed the mark in a lot of areas.
