River Valley Inn & Suites

Great and clean comfortable room BUT no continental bfast provided!! This was one of the reasons we booked here - free:included continental bfast.

As stated above!!

The entire property was clean and our room was clean and fresh. Nice grassy area to walk pets with a dumpster close to dispose of waste.

The owner was kind

We paid for 2 nights and stayed one The air conditioner didn't work The carpet was disgusting Small 24" tv Old ripped furniture i slept on top of the bedding because it was too scary to pull back the covers. Old vinyl flooring in bathroom was pulled up from flooring Limited towels 1 roll of half used toilet paper... Washed clothes, but dryer took over an hour and clothes were still wet... Owner has not put a dime into upkeep. Milking ifoir whatever he can get out of it. Pass on this property

The breakfast was lacking

Hotel is close to our family, plenty of parking, bed was super comfortable, and quiet.

no elevator to 2nd floor and breakfast was not much

Location to sites we visited was near the hotel.

Breakfast food was not available on one of the days we stayed at the hotel. The bathroom sink drain was slow.

Staff was kind.

no kleenex in bathroom, no phone in room - so we needed to keep going up front to ask questions, only 4 pillows when the double queen said it could sleep 5. Whirlpool did not work, desk lamp did not work, t.v. kept glitching and could not watch it.
