Please note the hotel meeting rooms do not have air conditioning. Please note that gentlemen should follow the restaurant dress code at dinner time. Shorts and vest tops are not allowed. Please note that guests must arrive on the date indicated on their confirmation. Please note that guests under 16 years are not allowed in the property. When booking 9 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. For payments over €1000 it is mandatory to make it by credit card. Please note that from 11 September, the balconies of the hotel rooms will be modernized for a period of about 8 months. The work will be carried out in several phases, with the rooms closed to minimize the impact of the work and to allow our guests to enjoy their stay undisturbed.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "Not the 4 star we expected would be a 3 if lucky"

I wasn’t expecting a 5 star experience before arriving here as we paid a budget price. But I wasn’t expecting a 4 star hotel to be this bad. Food was all just reheated from previous day, the room needed serious renovations and it was skeleton staff with only one bar open at any time. We upgraded to all inclusive on arrival but ended up just eating out every night as the food was always cold and at breakfast most of the sausages were either just cold or still red in the middle which made us both unwell. I don’t reccomend staying here unless you just want to do self catering and travel the area.
