Staff were excellent and courteous,, everything else was perfect

Nice and very conveniently located

The room that was suggested on the website as a family room for 2 adults and 2 children was not suitable. It was misleading and shouldn’t be offered to more than 3 people at the maximum. We ended up paying for another twin room for the kids resulting in much higher costs. Also the twin room smelled of strong smoke even though it was a non smoking floor. Raised complaint with the hotel who came and confirmed they could smell the same. They offered to put air freshener which wasn’t an option as it was middle of the night when the kids were asleep that we noticed the smell. They put a dehumidifier which helped a little

Very friendly and helpful staff. I must mention the great service provided by the Manager Dipankar Bannerjee who left no stone unturned to make our stay at the hotel comfortable

The staff were very friendly and helpful, promptly providing any services we required. We enjoyed having breakfast there every morning. Unfortunately, the wooden floor in our room was very noisy, which disrupted our sleep. Apart from this issue, we had an excellent stay at the hotel.
