Stayed at 3 different hotels in kolkata. TAJ bengal easily the best experience . BIMAL was very nice and helpful. ABHIJIT duty manager also very polite and resourceful and efficient.

Excellent stay at the hotel. We had a suite for 3 people and the hotel didn't dissapoint. The food, the service and everything at the property was tremendous.

Hotel was nice and clean and the room was nice. Restaurant staff were excellent especially one lady but I cant recall her name. She arranged some nice vegan items as the buffet didnt have much choice. Thank you to you all.

This is my fourth time staying here. They made a great improvement in the past 12 months and seeing so many staff members on the floor, I am not seeing any reasons to stay at other hotels.
