The pool and amenities were good. The staff were helpful.

The bed was old and uncomfortable. Despite requesting a non-smoking room, there was a smell of smoke in the room. The air conditioning also had an unpleasant smell.

So nice view, very helpful staffs, comfortable rooms, room service so great. Thanks for you all and wish to visit you again.

Our stay at the Sofitel Bahrain was, on the whole, a memorable and rewarding experience. I want to be honest in sharing that our visit did not begin entirely smoothly — we encountered a few issues early on, and as any guest would, we raised our concerns with the team. What happened next is exactly why I would not hesitate to return. Mr. Ayush and his team responded with remarkable professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care. They went above and beyond to address every concern, fully made up for the early inconveniences, and ultimately turned what could have been a disappointing start into a truly positive memory. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was outstanding, and they continued to check in on us throughout our stay to ensure everything was to our liking. Beyond the exceptional service recovery, the hotel itself is excellent. The property is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could hope for readily available. The staff across the board were warm, friendly, and consistently eager to help, always greeting us with a smile. The beach deserves a special mention as well — it is genuinely one of the finest stretches of sea in Bahrain, and a real highlight of the stay. In summary, while no stay is ever perfect, the true measure of a hotel is how it responds when things go wrong. The Sofitel Bahrain — and Mr. Ayush and his team in particular — exceeded every expectation. We left thoroughly impressed and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bahrain.
