Appreciated warm welcoming by Shivani and the other waiters. Quite good restaurant with lovely people.

Our stay at Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has an amazing location right by the beach, offering beautiful views and a very relaxing atmosphere. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and every staff member made us feel welcomed and comfortable. A special thanks to Shaima, Lara, and Ave at the kids’ play area. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and attentive with the children, making the experience even more enjoyable for our family. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we would definitely love to visit again.

Location and the view

1. The room was not clean. The bed had an unpleasant smell, and the pillows were yellow and smelled bad. The mattresses were dirty and visible through the bed sheet, and the bed was not properly made. The kettle had moisture and mold inside. The curtains were dusty and had a bad smell. The bathtub was peeling and not cleaned properly. The bathrobe had brown stains on it, and the carpet was dirty. 2. The room service was not helpful. 3. Some employees near the pool were rude. 4. have visited this hotel many times before, but unfortunately, this time was the worst experience.
