Excellent customer service, great location near airport

A good stay. The pictures reflect the rooms well. Was very clean and fresh sheets - the decor is a little dated but thats clear in the pictures. Was really impressed by the overall quality of the guesthouse. Had no problems.

This is a budget Hotel and you do not get any extras. I booked a double with En Suite but got a single without. Not shown up to the room so lost the opportunity to complain immediately and was tired, as there was very few other people staying, I didn't say anything. Overall for the price it did what I required which was an overnight stay so I could pick up my daughter early from Gatwick.

The owner contacted me ahead of time to arrange access. The room was snug and warm. Ride to the airport in the morning was greatly appreciated.

The room was exactly what I needed. The only thing that would have made it better would if it had been on the ground floor, but the place was clean and very well taken care of..

Perfect place to stay if you have to overnight if you have to fly in and out of Gatwick

Old fashioned guest house near Gatwick airport, shared bathrooms, a ride to airport is included in room cost. Small breakfast of cereal and 2 slices of bread, fruit costs £5.00.

Great little airport hotel that doesn't feel like an airport hotel. Very efficient service, and extremely convenient location. Will definitely use on my next Gatwick layover.
