Hôtel vraiment beau ! Mais vétuste, ce qui est compréhensible car il est ancien. J'ai le sentiment que cet hôtel a dû être repris par un nouveau propriétaire ou une nouvelle direction, car ils font tout pour vous rendre le séjour agréable, malgré le fait que l'hôtel est ancien. Il doit rester ancien absolument, mais il doit être rafraîchi complètement, et là ce sera le top car c'est un hôtel magnifique. Le confort y est ! Les équipements sont corrects mais vieux pour certains. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent ! Il y a la climatisation. Côté petit déjeuner, c'est pas mal, assez complet, il y a du salé et du sucré ! Le personnel est au top vraiment, ils m'ont fait une bonne omelette et un œuf au plat pour mon petit. Nous étions en famille (à 5). Ce fut un agréable séjour et je souhaite vraiment beaucoup de réussite et de succès à ce magnifique hôtel qu'il faut absolument rafraîchir tout en gardant son esthétique traditionnelle à l'ancienne. Je peux assurer au gérant et propriétaire que les clients reviendront en masse par la suite ! Merci à l'équipe pour l'accueil !

The location is perfect for taking coach to arrive and leave Fes. The staff was very nice.

If the buffet breakfast had more choices, it would be much better.

"Great staff - Amazing receptionist - Abdul"

The hotel is very well situated, you can find everything you need around it. The exceptionaly welcoming staff, specifically the receptionist Abdul (sorry if I'm misspelled his name) The care they took of my car after I forgot the window open. All in all a nice place in an amazing city.

The bedroom was very dated, the bathroom was really not good.

Le directeur de l’hôtel est très accueillant et très gentil ! Mais malheureusement les personnes à la réception essayent de vous duper pour vous faire payer plus cher certains service, comme le taxi ! Il nous ont demandé de payer 80 euros pour aller à l’aéroport ! (Le prix est 15 euros maximum 30€) c’est scandaleux !
