The men at the front of the hotel were warm and welcoming and helped us out with any questions ensured we knew safe ways to get around. Thats where the positives end. Dated rooms with windows that rattle, bathroom that has seen better days and rock hard beds and pillows. Breakfast is manhandled by a man to make it look like its full and never seen replenished except when pastries were returned that someone didnt eat. Needs a massive overhaul. Feel sorry for the lovely guys at recption having to try and put some atmosphere into a place that is long past its best.

"Not reccomend "

The most horrible hotel. Also someone from the Staff touch my clothes in laguage. All not clean. Just food very delicious. Not reccomend for private not reccomend for business. Is in the center ans shopping mall and shops are close so this is good.

"Ok for the price"

Bed was super comfortable and very clean and warm. Staff super friendly and helpful. But that’s all I have to say for positives. The bathroom, breakfast and general condition of the place is shocking 😂

The employees of the hotels.

I changed my previous hotel and have chosen this one due to the fact that its close to ctm but i regretted. - Room in general was not clean, dirty sheets/Carpets and floor furthermore the bed seems to be crashed and not comfortable at all, it was so cold and the air-conditioning is a disaster without mentioning the bathroom! We don't expect a three stars hotel to be luxiours but we expect at least the hygiene and basic things to be taking care of. I won't complain about the breakfast because it was included in the price and you can have a decent one anywhere outside for a reasonable price. As a frequent traveler last i want is to spend my time complaining about my stay however its what its.
