Hotel Esperance

Muito bonito, limpo, central e confortável. Cheio de charme dos anos 30.

Pedi um táxi para as 8h da manhã, dois funcionários do hotel garantiram-me que estava reservado e que iria aparecer na rua ao lado (a rua do hotel não tem trânsito). No entanto, na manhã seguinte, o táxi não apareceu… A funcionária que estava a essa hora disse que por vezes marcavam e eles não apareciam, que podiam aparecer ou não… e aconselhou-me a apanhar o metro… Achei isto surreal e foi bastante perturbador… Julgo que o hotel deveria ter o contacto de um ou dois taxistas da sua confiança para que isto não acontecesse. Não acho razoável não se poder confiar numa reserva de táxi numa cidade como Bruxelas…

I love everything about this amazing hotel and tavern. The staff is fantastic, especially Barbara in the Tavern and front desk who was hilarious and very sweet and helpful and gracious. All of the staff I met were incredible. And the art deco room was exactly as I'd hoped -- very interesting decoration and extremely relaxing. I could not have had a better stay. And add in that The Esperance is in the heart of the city centre with so much great shopping and bars and restaurants within walking distance, it is perfect. I will both recommend extremely highly and will be back myself!

Belle situation, chambre agréable

Le bruit de l'hôtel en lui même. Nous avons eu la mal chance de tomber sur des clients très mal éduquer qui ont fait un bruit pas possible a 4h du matin, ça a duré pas loin d'une heure. L'employé a l'accueil le matin de notre départ n'a pas pris la peine de demander comment s'était passé le séjour...

とてもクラシカルでおしゃれなお部屋でした。 まるでブリュッセルの街中に住んでいる様な気分になれます。 ホテルの受付は一階のBarカウンターで とても優しいマダムが明るく迎え入れてくれます。 エレベーターが無いことで雰囲気が出て良かったです。 部屋の中にいると廊下の音が聞こえてくるのでたまにドキッとします。 朝7時ごろから近くのチャペルから音楽が聞こえてくるのも素敵でした。 一人旅には抜群のホテルです。

古い建物なので 扉は自動に閉まりません。 しっかりしまったか確認は必要です。

La ubicación excelente y el buen trato del personal

L’hôtel a du charme et surtout il est très bien situé, on peut tout faire à pied et se sentir en sécurité.

Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, mais on le sait à l’avance. Petit inconvénient comparé aux avantages de l’hôtel.
