Location was convenient. And staff friendly

The hot tub was not working and empty of water. As it was so close to the small pool I was concerned for children playing and climbing in and out of the pool, if they were to slip, it could have created a disaster! The empty hot tub was pretty deep, and since it didn't have water to break a fall, it could have ended in a severe injury. Plus, my husband and I were looking forward to using the hot tub advertised online. We have family in Bartlesville and they said the last time one of their family members stayed at this location several months ago, the hot tub was empty then as well. Wish I had known before booking that all amenities were not available.

Hotel needs to be updated. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times since it has been built and time to update. First room I was in (room 320) had a terrible noise. In checking with front desk, they had other guests complain about it. So was moved to another room. Staff was great but hotel needs improvement. Would not consider it as a “Hilton” brand hotel unless it gets undated.

The location is decent, but you have to keep in mind it is the only hotel option in downtown. There are plenty of local restaurants within walking distance.

My wife and I were VERY underwhelmed by the condition and quality of the hotel. As a born and raised Bartian, I remember this hotel being built - And it wasn't that long ago. The hotel's lobby was fine and appeared clean. However, the hallways and elevators were visibly dirty throughout the entirety of our stay. There were very few trash cans in public areas and most public areas were very musty and uncomfortable. Our room wasn't much better. The bed was clean and relatively comfortable. But the furnishings were incredibly outdated and clunky. The TV was an older 32" model, which is smaller than what most hotels offer these days. The shower had mold and the majority of the bathroom fixtures were incredibly rusty. They have shampoo and conditioner mounted in the shower, but only provide small bars of soap, which was surprising to us. There was also damage to and around the door to our room as well. We were in town for a formal event, so we brought formal attire. The iron and ironing board looked questionable and I should have used better judgement. I've laundered and ironed my white dress shirt dozens of times without issue and the hotel iron burnt a hole through it immediately upon touching the shirt. It was almost as if the temperature control was malfunctioning because I ironed the shirt the same way I've done at home. This left me scrambling to drive across town and buy a new shirt before our event. All in all, my wife and I were very surprised by the poor condition of the property and its rooms, the uncleanliness of the shared spaces, and the provided amenities. Unless you absolutely need to be in this location, I'd recommend staying at another hotel as there are plenty of good options within 10-15 minutes of downtown including the Hampton Inn and the new Osage Casino & Hotel.

Hotel used to be very good. Now there are quite a few problems that make staying here not very comfortable and not a good return for the money. 1) Room was musty. Bathroom smelled like sewer gas. Had to run the shower and sink at full heat for many minutes to clear the drains to try and eliminate the odor. That process helped a bit 2) Shower pressure very weak 3) Linens were old and did not feel fresh in the least 4) Bed/mattress too was not comfortable and due for replacement in my opinion 5) Refrigerator was noisy I had to unplug it in order to sleep 6) TV was small by today’s standard and old 7)

Excellent staff and spacious lobby

this was an overall terriable experiance i had a delay in my arrival so i called and aske them to keep my reservation and that i would be arriving a day late (car trouble) they said they would no problem. when i arrived they had canceled my reservation, but had "only" a king suite avalialbe so i took it the room smelled bad, the freezer was so iced over the refrigerator would not close, and it had rained, the back parking lot was 90% unavalable.
