Employees very friendly, prices at bar, restaurant and gift shop great !! Food was delicious absolutely delicious Right on beach. Only thing we didn’t care for the dogs barking all night, n pooping where we are walking to beach area. N owners not picking up.

"Non working toilet "

The staff for the most part were pleasant, however the bathroom wouldn’t flush I had to tell them 3 times during my 2 day stay on the 3rd time of complaining about the bathroom the guy that came to fix it told me to lift the lid and press a button and the water will fill the tank I told him absolutely not. I was very frustrated and unhappy. The beach was full of tar or oil and was very difficult to get off our shoes

I travel approximately three times a month and we stay in Hilton‘s. With that being said, this was the worst bed I have ever slept in all of my travels. The mattress was thin, worn out and offered no support or softness and every time you would move in the bed the whole frame would shake and make a lot of noise. During my three day stay the TV did not work even though I spoke to the front desk three times a day asking them to fix the TV. This hotel also charges $10 per day per person in addition to other resort fees, etc. for a wristband so that you can walk in and out of their property. I will not be staying at this hotel again and would never recommend it to friends, family, or colleagues.

We love this hotel! It's super clean, the pool is awesome and we love the beach access. There is a restaurant/bar onsite and a starbucks. Friendly front desk and cleaning staff.
