The room was very clean, in fact the whole hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was okay, but for the money I spent I really think a cooked breakfast option should have been included.

My only issue would be that the Bar prices were extortionate, a total rip off.

How close to racecourse and the centre of Chester

Paid for breakfast in advance , but to get a full English you had to pay an extra £10 , you got a continental but not much to choose from toast n jam , croissant fruit and yogurt and porridge very poor breakfast.

Nothing !!

The shower flooded and raw sewage came out of it. We got changed to another room and that was just as bad for the knocks on the wall considering the room would cost you over £300 a night I’ve stayed in better premier inns. Red wine all over the curtains and this was in the room that’s up to £300 a night totally shocking other stains on the curtains but I’m not even going there .
