Paid for breakfast in advance , but to get a full English you had to pay an extra £10 , you got a continental but not much to choose from toast n jam , croissant fruit and yogurt and porridge very poor breakfast.

The shower flooded and raw sewage came out of it. We got changed to another room and that was just as bad for the knocks on the wall considering the room would cost you over £300 a night I’ve stayed in better premier inns. Red wine all over the curtains and this was in the room that’s up to £300 a night totally shocking other stains on the curtains but I’m not even going there .

Management knowingly put us in a room where there has been complaints about the very loud noise from the ventilation system (room 102). I have emailed to complain but no response

Continental breakfast poor standard. Room no better than a premier inn room which would have been much cheaper!

The room access security system is very good and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

The Bistro restaurant service was way under par, as there was a long delay in delivering food and, in one case, the main course was not delivered and had to be re-ordered. The solution to this problem is better supervision of staff.
