The Westin Resort, Costa Navarino

Our second visit in a year, it’s just perfect for families. Only 40 mins taxi from KLX airport. While it has everything a family could need, pools, waterpark, basketball court, VR games, bowling alley etc, it still remains calm and sophisticated. Many families we met compared it to Sani resorts, so if that is your vibe, you’ll like it here. Massive choice of restaurants amongst the four resorts, but be sure to book ahead at busy times of year. Also easy to catch a taxi to Gialova, which has lots of nice places to eat and the charming Katerina’s which is even closer. The hotel restaurants aren’t cheap, but they are very good quality. Our favourite for a family was the Italian. The landscaped gardens are so well kept and beautiful. Even at busy times there are no sunbed wars here, although pool side ones go first! Plenty to go round, and that shows you the kind of guest who chooses this resort. Well behaved, respectful families enjoying quality time together. The room was lovely, unspoilt views of the sea. The whole place just caters for everyone to have a relaxing holiday in a truly lovely part of Greece. We’ll be back..

The Westin Costa Navarino is undoubtedly one of the most impressive family resorts I have visited. The property is stunning, beautifully maintained, and offers an incredible range of facilities. It is so large and well designed that you could easily spend an entire week within the resort without feeling the need to leave. The variety of restaurants is excellent, with something to suit every taste, and the range of activities for both adults and children is outstanding. What truly sets the resort apart, however, is its people. Every member of staff we encountered was welcoming, professional, and exceptionally well trained. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. The main disappointment was the room layout. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, and I would rate the design 1 out of 5. The bedroom and bathroom are effectively open to each other, with very limited privacy. This may work for some couples, but it is far from ideal for families travelling with children. It made what was otherwise a beautiful room feel impractical and uncomfortable for family use. The other drawback is the journey from Athens International Airport. The drive takes approximately four hours, which is a long trip, particularly for families with children under the age of ten. While the destination is worth the effort, the transfer is something prospective guests should consider when planning their holiday. Overall, I would happily rate The Westin Costa Navarino 4 out of 5. It is an exceptional resort with world-class facilities, outstanding service, and an excellent dining experience. If the room layouts were redesigned with more privacy in mind, and access were easier, it would be very close to a perfect family destination. Beautiful property and excellent service. Staff is friendly and so willing to help . Lots of choices what to do. Beautiful golf courses

Size: it is massive and a bit overwhelming . Golf carts can take you wherever you need to go on the property but I ended up staying in my little spot which had everything I needed

It’s our second time in Costa Navarino, and I hope not the last! We loved everything! The rooms, breakfast,the pool, the beach, and mostly the service! Everything we asked for, was answered with a smile! We had tennis lessons for the kid’s and even swimming lessen for

Everything was great! We loved the hospitality and attentiveness from everyone. Much better than Romanos.

We had to ask for turn down when we would have liked more proactivity. Breakfast in Romanos was a bit better so we would have appreciated upping the game there for Westin, too.
