"An okay hotel at a good price"

Overall the hotel is okay. The view is amazing, the staff is very friendly, and the price can't be beat for peak season. The room was more or less clean, but the coffee pot was dirty and I found a used band aid in the shower. The bed wasn't very comfortable but I've slept on worse, and the people who live below the hotel on the mountain can be very loud pretty late into the night which is bothersome when you have work in the morning. Don't bother trying to use the wifi. The signal doesn't really reach past the pool area. They gave me a wifi booster to use to help with that, but my computer found spyware (a keylogger) within minutes of me trying to use it so that was scary. The air conditioning worked like a champ.

"My St. Thomas trip"

Nice place for pieceful relaxation with a perfect hilltop view. However the exterior of the building can take a facelift.

The furniture was dated but the room was very clean! Air conditioned and a beautiful view. Pop machine didn't work and there is was no food to get close but the Manager, Deb, gave us a delivery service to order some. I would stay here again definitely.

Listed phone number not in service. I was running a bit late and couldn't let them know. I was graciously welcomed even though I was a little late. Host was very helpful and nice.

The view was fine. The room quality and presentation was very disappointing. The shower curtain rod was rusting and held to the ceiling with badly knotted material, the shower curtain made the small shower stall very dark and water pooled on the shower floor. I wore slippers to shower. The cabinets are very amateurishly built and installed. No welcoming appeal generally. The garden areas and walkways needed cleaning.
