Courtyard by Marriott Hagerstown

The front desk representative Tim was very welcoming & professional. Our room was nice & quiet. The bed was a little hard for my husband & I but ok. Would recommend.

I stayed here 2 times within a week (on my way to vacation and on my way from vacation). Both times were good. My boyfriend and I both enjoyed the restaurant that is right near the hotel called BJ's. Hotel was right off 81 so very convenient. There is also a big shopping center right there in the same location.

Both elevators were broken for a while, had to walk to the 4th floor twice … then at 12:40 am was woken up by a faulty smoke alarm even in the hallway which is still going off at 1:00am Front Desk said Alarm Company was called. Which DOSENT help, Can’t fall back to sleep!

As is expected of the Marriott's this one was excellent. In house Bistro and Bar. Convenient the Hagerstown Mall and to Rt.81. However the view in all directions consisted of parking lots, warehouses. Not a tree in sight.

The hotel and location were ok but the hotel has a terrible restaurant. The food ordered were so bad that I had to throw it away as it was stale and couldn't it. The service at the restaurant is ridiculously slow.

Very nice, clean, friendly hotel. Perfect for an overnight stay for a Flying Boxcars game. Good breweries and bars/restaurants walking distance from hotel.
