JAZ Neo Sharks Bay

I stayed here for 5 days up to Christmas eve and came for a chill out sunbathing unwinding trip. On the whole I would say it was a good choice, competitive price compared to others in sharm. Probably would be a 3☆+ in most countries, in need of updating, but rooms were clean even though dark wood finishes were very 80s lol. My room was always looked after well by a young lad Ahmed, who did his best to soften up my bed as it was a bit hard for me (a problem I have in most hotels tbh) The entertainment team are rubbish really for daily activities and not very English friendly. The food was generally good and far better than my previous trip to sharm.

Only ever been to 5* hotels in Egypt before but this hotel would match them easily. Yes it's small but food good - tick, drinks good - tick, very clean - tick, staff all lovely and very helpful.. nothing too much trouble. Oh and English films on the TV. Will definitely be making a return trip. Animation team could have been better but they are not a priority on my jollies.

It's very cozy and beautiful here. Wonderful staff, delicious food, very polite people. [Mohamed, he really tries his best, 207 in my room, always clean, just superb.]

Travelled to Egypt again for the 7th time, we must like the place 😂. This time we stayed at the Jaz Neo in Sharks bay in September 2025. Lively, small hotel (we like smaller hotels as you get to know all the staff and other guests more. Majority of the guests were from the North East so we all had the same sense of humour and there were plenty of laughs!! The surroundings are really nice and it's only a 10 minute taxi ride to Soho Square. The room allocated was ideal although a bit tight in the toilet/shower room but perfectly adequate. Beds comfy and there was a nice outlook from the front and on veranda overlooking the pool and whirlpool. The hotel has a nice layout and the animation team were always enthusiastic to entertain guests & sunbed/ lifeguard lads always on hand to help. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful and nothing was a problem (as always in Egypt). We met some lovely people and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at the Jaz Neo and will no doubt be returning in the future. Thank you to everyone at the Jaz Neo, Sharks Bay for looking after us

Very nice hotel. Fine food, friendly staff, fast and free internet. The only issue is breakfast box, better to buy some food elsewhere if you go for excursion.

We stayed at jaz sharks bay and enjoyed everything about this wonderful place . we will return for Ahmed Khaled and to enjoy this great place even more

Everything about our 1st time to Sharm el-Sheikh at Jaz Neo Sharks Bay was amazing the attention to detail was fabulous the staff went above and beyond, the personal touches made our holiday we couldn't fault any thing about our stay a big shout out to our room cleaner he was amazing our room was faultless, fresh bottle water each day and his towel art was fantastic, everyone was so friendly we will definitely be returning hopefully real soon.

We had a lovely stay at the Jax neo sharks bay. Staff where really friendly and food was good .A special shout out to Abdel Hamid out room cleaner. He was so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Only down side was the mosquitos so take plenty of spray.
