"Not for people with mobility issues, avoid."

Avoid if you have mobility issues - no ramps, no lifts just lots of stairs. Sun bathing area in the middle of the pool only accessible via bridges with no hand rail, steps up and down! Room was clean and comfortable, staff amazing and service good.

We stayed at iaz new sharks bay and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation Ahmed's daily surprises with fresh towels made us very happy . The food was devious and the pool was wonderful Thank you To Ahmed , the cleaner in room 349 . We will be back soon
