"Relaxing stay and fabulous staff"

We arrived at the Jaz Neo after a short transfer from the airport and were quickly checked in and shown to our room, which was clean and ample. The hotel is small and was only at half capacity which made for a relaxing stay. The staff were all very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, were always chatty and smiling. The food was varied in the restaurant and the food at the pool bar was great. The entertainment team were friendly but not pushy. Great stay.

It’s a small hotel which is perfect for a relaxing stay. The night entertainment was brilliant & the food was delicious. Staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for all the guests. Overall would come back & would recommend.

The bathroom in the hotel room was a little dated and grubby. Not so many sun beds which is annoying if you are out on a trip in the day and then come back there’s no sun bed available.
