moustafa is the best cleaner,the room was cleaned everyday and new towels and sheets everyday!! Even if we was sleeping he’d come back to clean this guy goes above and beyond for everyone and deserved a pay rise

Stayed in room 126 4th time to hotel as always great from start to finish adul our cleaner is a great lad dose a great job as do all the staff. food is really nice, abdu in upstairs bar great but they all are definitely return entertainment was better this time Ellis is a asset to entertainment team will definitely return also the guest relations lady was great really helpful

We had the best 7 days here!!! Amir was absolutely amazing what a guy!!! Always on tap with drinks and nothing was ever to much trouble! The room was unreal freezing cold which i loved as it was like 30-40 degrees!! The cleaner was unreal he was fab at cleaning our room thank you Ahamed 😊 Ellis and the team who do entertainment were such fun and great company in trips out!! We went to the hardrock cafe with other people from the hotel and we had the most fun nightout!!! The food was lovely always something available to eat and the staff always had our drinks ready. Ibriham especially downstairs in the restaurant was fabulous 👌 Thank you so much for the most amazing week!! We have booked again for May 2027! See you next year guys!!!

Absolutely amazing stay. Welcomed by the staff on arrival. Nothing was too much. Our housekeeper Ahmed went above and beyond. We had towel creation wars and when I mentioned it was my friend's birthday , he decorated our room and made a cake towel creation. Was awesome. The restaurant staff brought a cake to our room. Would definitely stay here again. Entertainment was good . Loved my stay here. We stayed in room 246 .

Good Atmosphere for a small hotel. We did find the rooms very dated & bathrooms could do with refits. Couldn't fault housekeeping Muhammad he kept our room clean & tidy & nothing was to much trouble. Made some nice animals out of the bath towels, lol. Muhammad was always smiling & happy. We picked this hotel so we didn't have to walk far to reception restaurant & pool. Pool bar dont do WINE. all other drinks yes. Thank you Omar & Kelly I called him. For fetching drinks & food around the pool too. Special thanks to Aman the lifeguard, he would always put our sunbeds out every morning. Started cleaning people's sunglasses round the pool area. Very polite man. Restaurant do wine for lunch & evenings. Food was 50/50 Staff very friendly ,we had a good laugh. Especially Cheeky Cheeky boy Muhsood. Abraham very polite, Ammid. Rahmeen. Also Muhammad was also seeing we had everything we wanted. Sorry if I've missed some names out boys. Cant remember? Lol A special thanks to lovely lady Abeer. She always checked on people & asked the questions like any problems in rooms. Our Aircon stopped working, so she made some calls. Within 30 minutes we were moved to another room. Also she got some of the housekeeping boys to move everything out. Our Muhammad done well again! Didn't think much of the activities going. Very poor. Need more games played. Entertainment wasn't very good. But for this sort of Hotel, I guess you would except this. Value for money. Down side is the spiral staircase to roof terrace bar. Its hard work . My poor husband went or tried once & couldn't do it again. He's breathing was terrible. No good for people with disabilities. We went for the sun & a small hotel. Near the Airport also. We didn't mind hearing the planes fly over. Noise seemed ok for us. Did find the music too loud. Ellis activity team liked it loud! Sina was very good at her job with the team. Always enthusiastic to get people to join in things. She was happy & loving to us. We met some lovely people at this hotel. New friends we made. Thank you all at this Hotel. Cherry & Keith xx

Hotel seemed nice from initial drop off and had a nice welcome. Only took a couple of minutes and we were then off to our room. This is when the disappointment kicked in. The room was very basic considering we upgraded to a superior room with a pool view. The shower was very underwhelming and didn’t work properly as you had to either stand in one corner or hold it and wash yourself down. The tiles were old and very tired looking all round and the place clearly hasn’t been well looked after for many a year. Considering the hotel is an all inclusive establishment you would have thought tha things were complimentary but unfortunately this is not the case as there were many things that you had to pay for including drinks and snacks in the room and also the hiring of Pool equipment where the cues were broken and not good at all. All for a £5 cost which I thought was bad. The Pool is lovely and the staff were excellent and to be fair the food was okay and there were edible things everyday to be consumed. We asked for an upgrade on the room so that we had some more space for which we were told there would be an extra charge of $100 per night. This was steep so we waited for the easyJet rep to help us out and then he said they made a mistake and it was $17 per night which we agreed but then arguing pursued and this offer was then met with there were no longer rooms available. Clearly a lie as the hotel was not busy at all so we left things like the were as couldn’t be bothered with the hassle. The one thing that made up for the whole place were the staff who were lovely and big thank you to Ahmed who cleaned our room daily and for a young man of 17yrs old, clearly had a lovely head on his shoulders. Overall I know you get what you pay for but think twice and read genuine reviews.

I would like to sincerely thank the amazing staff at Jaz Hotel for the wonderful hospitality and unforgettable experience. This is honestly the most cooperative, friendly, and caring staff I have ever seen in my life. Everyone was doing their absolute best to make all guests happy and comfortable in every possible way. Special thanks to Mr. Adel, Mr. Mohamed Rashad, and the hotel manager Mr. Ashraf for their professionalism, kindness, and continuous support throughout our stay. They truly made our vacation extra special. Highly recommended, and definitely not my last visit ❤️

We had the pleasure of spending our holiday at JAZ Neo Sharks Bay and we are extremely happy with our stay ❤️🌴☀️ The rooms were always clean 🧹✨, the air conditioning worked perfectly ❄️, and the Wi-Fi was available almost everywhere 📶. The atmosphere in the hotel was amazing 😍, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling 😊👏. Every day the hotel organized different games, activities, and entertainment for guests 🎯🎉, so there was never a boring moment. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool 🏊‍♂️💦, a well-equipped gym 💪🏋️, and fantastic bars with delicious drinks 🍹🍸 — both by the pool and on the rooftop terrace with an incredible view 🌅✨. The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful 🌴🌺, and the free shuttle transfer to the beach 🚌🏖️ was a huge advantage. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners were phenomenal 🍽️🔥 — very high-quality food, fresh fruits 🍉🍍, salads 🥗, and a huge variety of dishes every day. The weather was also perfect during our stay ☀️😎 — warm and enjoyable without being extremely hot. Additionally, the hotel offers many exciting activity packages 🎟️✨ that are definitely worth trying at least once! Diving 🤿🐠, quad biking 🏍️🏜️, camel riding 🐪, and yacht trips 🛥️🌊 were unforgettable experiences. Great time a Jaz Neo. It's not perfect, I think it's marketed as a 4* but perhaps more like a 3*+ showing signs of needing an upgrade here & there but generally clean & tidy. It's away from the sea so take the free shuttle bus to the sister hotel, it's an experience but worth it to get beach time & to do some snorkeling but would recommend beach shoes as a bit stoney in parts in the shallows. With very few exceptions staff were great. Entertainment team were energetic & had to work hard to get participation, Jon managed to get me doing a daily morning stretch! Brutal!! Food was quite good. Reasonable variety so long as prepared to try options you may not have heard of. Morning egg station chef was awesome, lovely omelets with double chillies. Bars are limited with just a pool bar & main bar, also just a single buffet restaurant which may not suit everyone. Good size pool & plenty of sun loungers although most look like they are getting towards their end of life stage. Sun lounger 6am reservation is a "thing" which is always annoying. Now, special mention to our "room boy" [hate that expression] a truly awesome, conscientious, hard working & delightful young man called Alaa. Lots of great towel art, which is always welcome. We chatted with him a few times. Keeping up with guest expectations is not easy & the guys looking after the rooms have a lot to do in a finite period so we are always appreciative of their efforts & Alaa was up there with some of the best we have had the pleasure to meet on our travels. We wish him all the best!
