JAZ Neo Sharks Bay

I first stayed at this hotel in 2015 when it was the Sol y Mar and I love it there. I go at least once a year and each time I see improvements as they are passionate about making your stay perfect. The staff are lovely and friendly and bar staff happily bring your drinks to you whether by the pool or in the upstairs bar. The food choices are plenty and you can always find something you like, there’s always pasta, rice and a live cooking area where you can see your food being cooked. Traditional dishes and basics like mashed potatoes and veg. I even got shepherds pie one evening! Entertainment is getting better and now there is a different show each evening there’s something for everyone. The entertainment team are really friendly and encourage you to get involved with activities during the day by the pool. If you don’t want to they are not offended if you say no. I encourage you to go to the beauty salon on the first floor. I’ve been there a few times each visit and each time I get a course of facials, a manicure and a pedicure. Safa who is the beautician really knows her stuff! She works out a treatment plan depending on age, skin type etc. I’ve had collagen facials this time and my skin feels so good. They even do men’s facials, haircuts, shaves and pedicures. Thank you Safa you are amazing. See you all next time.

Ok ive been to this hotel 5 times now among others in past 2 years and for us with mobility walking issues it's great all staff are so friendly and are willing to help you with a smile the hotel is small compared to others but has everything you need for the money it's great food is always hot there's beef casserole 'hotpots also steak we had leg of lamb a whole tuna a whole turkey among other Egyptian food a good vegan section if u are into that pasta bar salad bar soup in fact the food here was better than the food at another hotel we paid 2wice as much for it has a pool bar serving pizzas and drinks which is on pool level down a flight of stairs and a bar which is up a spiral staircase I never went up there but used the pool bar they have entertainments every night down by pool side the entertainments team are great and friendly now while I was there a couple was moaning there head off about this hotel saying food was rubbish she walks with stick well so do I but moaning they can't go up 2 bar ect but over the week I did see them with full up plates of food and also down stairs by bar so all im saying is make ur own mind up only downside is pool is cold there were ppl swimming in it i was not brave enough but in summer months it won't be that bad there are not many kids which suits us tbh but it's well worth the money and I for one will return again

I really liked the hotel, the staff was very nice, especially Mina, Alaa and uncle Sharky. The food was very delicious.

Went to jaz neo sharks bay on the 17th April 26 for the second time, it appears that they have had a massive shake up, everything is spick and span staff extremely friendly food lovely as before plus went on a scuba diving adventure and the safety side was brilliant always had our safety in mind delt with by sharky hotel rep, our room was very well cared for we were in room 314 and was looked after by alaa who was very polite and spoke good English, we often had animals made out of our towels and bought a massive smile to our faces so thanks to alaa we hope to get the same room when we return in June so can’t wait to see you all again especially the manager side of things who walked around daily checking everyone is happy from nick and Stef Hemmings

This was our 2nd visit here, being the first wasn’t so good but thought this little hotel deserved a 2nd chance which I must say I’m glad we did, what an improvement!! The rooms are so much cleaner and have been repainted, the staff are much more friendlier, our housekeeper Alaa was very good and listened to us when we needed things, the managers of the hotel walk around everyday and ask how things are for us. The waiters and chiefs are amazing! I’m so glad we came back and gave that chance so much so I have changed our next holiday in June to come back to this delightful friendly hotel! Wonderful staff that looked after us very well. Big thanks to Mustafa for his care and providing us with a clean room and water. Dinning room staff also couldn't do enough.

Needs refurbishing, the bedroom was clean and the linen white. Thank you Alaa. All staff that we came into contact with were friendly and efficient. There was an excellent choice of food, from Europe, Africa and Asia. BBQ meats every night. No children’s menu although the head chef spoke to guests and stated any dietary requests would be catered for. Ice cream wasn’t available in the 10 days we were there. Entertainment every night and all was quiet by 11pm ….you are very near to the airport but after a couple of nights I didn’t hear the 3:30am flight. Entertainment by the pool for those who wanted to take part and a children’s club …there didn’t appear to be more than 6 children in the 10 days we were there. The hotel is very isolated NOTHING nearby. Hotel provides a bus and lunch for those who wanted to go to the “sister hotel”and spend a day at the beach. Beware of the mosquitos. For those that want to stay in the hotel it’s fine. In all honesty I was disappointed when we arrived, but after 24hours I realised it’s a great little hotel …if you want upmarket and luxury it won’t be for you.

My daughter and I had the most fabulous week here. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff so friendly and I can honestly say I didn’t lift a finger all week ! The hotel is small and intimate . We made friends for life on this holiday . Special mention to Ellis on the animation team who was bubbling with energy and enthusiasm all the time . We won’t hesitate to return . Thanks again for the best holiday !

Hi we hade a great time the people are so friendly and can't do a nuf for you I would recommend this hotel we enjoyed it that much we are coming back in June on the 12th with our friends see you soon Barbara and Greg.
