Came in May Had a fantastic time here met some great people Jonathan & Gemma / Joe & Michelle / Mama Sue & Andy especially great staff throughout, great food Arhmed kept the room beautifully clean will definitely return & only 15 mins from airport easy access by hotel taxi to Soho Square and Sharm old town

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with perfect hospitality, professionalism, and kindness from every member of the staff. The atmosphere was incredibly calm and relaxing, exactly what we were looking for. The hotel was clean, well-organized, and the service exceeded our expectations in every way. A huge thank you to Mr. Mohamed Hameed who managed to have a solution for every question, every request, and every little thing we needed during our stay. Friendly, professional, and always smiling, he made everything feel effortless. He transform a good stay into a memorable one. Special appreciation goes to Chef Mohamed, whose talent and dedication were evident in every dish served. The food was consistently excellent, thoughtfully prepared, and exceeded our expectations. A very special thank you to Mohamed from house keeping for his creativity. The beautiful decorations and funny arrangements he prepared in our room were a wonderful surprise and added a unique touch to our stay. His effort is truly appreciated. A sincere thanks to the entire hotel team for their outstanding service and hospitality. Each member played a part in making our stay comfortable, relaxing, and unforgettable.
