"Great location and beautiful suite!!"

Location was great. However, facing the courtyard to Juliet’s balcony made for a bit of exiting and entering difficulty as there were people clamoring to take pictures. The staff started to recognize us and that helped.

Bathroom lighting was a bit dim.

Não tem o que não gostar. Tudo é perfeito. Quarto bem decorado, funcionários extremamente educados e prestativos, localização perfeita. Petiscos no quarto e frigobar liberado são o plus perfeito. A experiência que o hotel proporciona é impossível encontrar em outro lugar.

"Perfect location"

This is in a great location as you are in the courtyard of Giulietta. While the public has limited hours for viewing this area, by being in this hotel, you have full access throughout the stay. The staff was very welcoming and Antoine even helped us find a train for the next day.
