The location was fabulous, next to the Romeo & Juliet balcony and easy access to all attractions. And the room was beautiful and extremely comfortable.

"Best Hotel in all of Verona"

Francesca and her team are such outstanding ambassadors to the brand. The hotel shines bright due to the amazing staff. The best hotel host in all of Italy is Francesca and from each staff member including the outstanding maids. They make that hotel, the very best in all of Verona.

There isn’t anything not to like about the hotel. The hotel is 10/10.

"Ein wunderbare Aufenthalt, so noch nie erlebt."

Es war ein super Zimmer, sehr schön ausgestattet, ein wunderbares Bett, im Bad ein Jacussi, ein Balconi , einen grossen Auswahl an Café, Thé, Süßigkeiten, Nüsse, Chips und ein reich gefüllte Kühlschrank mit Schaumweine, Bier, Wasser und Limonade. Alles umsonst! Und unserer Bagage konnten wir den nächsten Tag sicher abstellen. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar.

Es war einfach wunderbar. Alles Perfect.

Отличная локация !!! Лучше не придумать ! Все рядом ! Всегда доступ к Джульетте 24/7! Безумно чисто, постель отличная , очень внимательный персонал , вызвали такси и провели с чемоданами ! Спасибо !

In city centre and as described the entrance and some rooms overlook a very private square overlooked by Juliette’s balcony. So peaceful and serene m; especially when closed to the public after 7pm

Very well appointed, beautifully decorated and furnished.
