The mini bar being complimentary with snacks and drinks was a nice touch. The location is excellent and you get good access to Juliet's balcony when the museum is closed. It is right in the middle of Verona and there are lots of cafes, restaurants, bars etc. nearby.

The bath/shower space was slightly on the small side.

Amazing little place in Juliet’s house /garden. Lovely staff and a full free mini bar which was amazing! Super easy to get everywhere.

You had to explain to guards on the gate by day to get in and out of the grounds (as it’s in Juliet’s house grounds) -they got used to us though!!
