The staff were very polite and helpful and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The personal touches around the hotel made it feel welcoming. We would book this hotel again.

Our room got very hot and with the windows open at night to cool it down the street noise was very loud. However we knew it was not the hotel's fault regarding the noise outside.

I loved everything. The location. The room. The balcony. The staff. The rooftop hot tub. The quiet time to appreciate the courtyard and balcony.

The top floor room has a bath with jets rather than a hot tub but as we used the sky view hot tub on the roof so it wasn’t a problem. Oh and my bf didn’t propose but that isn’t your fault 😂 Everything else was PERFECT.

The location was ideal - right in the old town, and a very historic and picturesque building. The staff were lovely, so friendly and helpful helping us to book taxis/trains and offer advice. We particularly liked the hot tub on the roof and coming out to the balcony before it opened to the public. No breakfast facilities which was fine as there were plenty of places to eat close by. I'd stay here again.

É simplesmente perfeita! Tudo impecável, é um sonho estar no pátio de Julieta!! O atendimento impecável, cama enorme e muito confortável, quarto também! Secador maravilhoso e os petiscos maravilhosos também! Em todas as vezes que voltar a Verona, essa é a minha hospedagem!

The location was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were much larger than expected which gave our little one plenty of space to play. The mattress was exceptionally comfortable and the staff were incredibly kind, considerate and immensely helpful!

Nothing to complain about, our stay was wonderful.

Amazing !! Loved it and will come back when in Verona again. We got in late and the stuff helped us with parking
