Cama boa, decoração elegante, quarto (o mais caro) grande o suficiente para malas de esqui. Equipe nota 10. Destaque para Wendy da recepção e Ana da limpeza.

Tivemos que subir 6 lances de escadas com malas grandes e pesadas porque o elevador estava quebrado e não havia ninguém para nos ajudar.

The only excellent thing about this place was the location. That was it.

This property is advertised as five star hotel; it is not a five star hotel. It was lacking a lot of basic amenities. No one helped us with our luggage or escorted us to our room. Received a really stale welcome from the staff. There was not a clothes steamer or an iron in the room. The elevator broke during our stay, forcing us to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs, thankfully it was fixed upon check out. Very dimly lit property, I tripped going down the stairs because it was so dark and bruised my arm. The rooms were just as dark. I still cannot shake the smell of vinegar from the property. On top of all of this, the beds were hard as a rock. The location was great, but the noise level kept us up every single night until 3 am. Between the lack of comfort and the hard bed, we barely got any sleep. I’m still perplexed on how this was a Michelin recommended property.

Staying here was truly the highlight of my trip in Italy. The room absolutely surpassed my wildest expectations. Huge room, incredibly comfortable bed, luxurious touches and generous includes snacks and drinks. Having private access to the balcony and courtyard after hours was so magical. The team were absolutely beautiful and very considered - the check in process was personable and kind and they are very communicative for any needs. I can’t recommend this hotel more and cannot wait to come back!!

The property was situated in the courtyard of Juliet's balcony - a major Verona tourist Mecca. Location is central. The property is well maintained and thought out. The rooms are modern and well appointed. While they don't offer breakfast they have a well stocked minibar all of which is free. We had a spa tub, and a comfy bed. The staff was warm, friendly and very accommodating. Kudos to Valentino and Wendy!
